Unique technology.

 At the beginning of the  2008  year  by  the management of JSC Thermoelectroprojekt it was decided to implement the software product  “AVEVA Plant” in the  Institute, and signed a contract with the company "AVEVA"  for  the acquisition of 8 licenses and training employees of the Institute.

In the short term all the necessary equipment and materials were prepared and purchased, a specialized study  room for training was allocated and a group of specialists from different departments of the Institute was formed.

Software product "AVEVA Plant" was implemented in several stages. At  the first stage, we installed eight jobs for training professionals to work in the system "AVEVA Plant" to create 3-dimensional models and obtain documentation, as well as system administration and creation of items catalog .

Software product "AVEVA Plant(PDMS)”  is a set of integrated applications for different areas (technology, construction, electrical and so on), allowing  to  detailed design and create a three-dimensional model of the future plant ,which includes any processing  installation and equipment.

In the  center of an  unique technology AVEVA elements of the future   enterprise are represented as objects - for example, pipelines, pumps, etc. Each object has several levels of information: schematic information in two-dimensional mode, the three-dimensional model data, production documentation, the relationship between project data.

It should be noted that the developers "AVEVA Plant" (www.aveva.ru) periodically update their software, which greatly simplifies the work in the system in accordance with changing conditions. The end result of the design in the "AVEVA Plant" is the creation of a color three-dimensional model and as a derivative, obtaining high-quality design documentation that meets all the standards.

Then was begun the stage of "debugging" programs, and the learning process was continued with the involvement of specialists from the leading design Institute in the field of energy from neighboring countries, with more than 10 years of experience in the program. The result was the implementation of the pilot project model makepalley fully modeled in the system "AVEVA Plant".

Created in the process of working with AVEVA Plant model and project data are stored in a single integrated database. Thus, the system forms a consistent picture of the project, and this experience can be used for designing other objects. All documentation, according to which will be the construction of the object is formed on the basis of data obtained from simulation. In two-dimensional drawings, reports, specifications automatically changes when you change the model.

Projects completed to date by the specialists of JSC "Thermoelectroprojekt" in "AVEVA Plant":

  • The Kurgan CHPP-2, "Construction of 2 combined-cycle plants with a total capacity mW" (Russian Federation, Kurgan);
  • The"model project to improve energy efficiency through high-efficiency gas turbine cogeneration technology at the Tashkent thermal power station", a joint project of NEDO (Japan) and SJSC Uzbekenergo of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Uzbekistan,Tashkent);
  • The extension of the outdoor boiler group CHPP with installation of the optional 4 boilers
  • CHP of JSC "Almalyk mining and metallurgical plant "Reconstruction of the power station. Boiler installation type E-75-3,9-GM ст.N5(Uzbekistan, Almalik);
  • Construction of electric in Samarkand (Uzbekistan)

Currently, the Institute is the transition from version 12.0 AVEVA Plant" to "AVEVA Plant 12.1", allowing for more internal resources of the program, namely that improved reporting, increased productivity and system performance, an updated interface, improved integration between applications.

In the new version of the "AVEVA Plant 12.1" uses a graphical user interface that provides the necessary integration between different applications. The system became more functional, as users now have the ability to create report templates using Report Designer application, Supplement reports, images and tables. Such schemes are much easier to understand and use in presentations. In addition, users have access to the standard catalog of equipment, and can repeatedly use the existing models of complex equipment, in whole or in part. Thus, significantly reduce labor costs.

In the updated version appeared application AVEVA Engineering", allows you to develop database engineering characteristics for the designed object (pipe, item of equipment, etc.). Moreover, the work on the object can be conducted by several experts from different departments, when each of them is editing features which are the responsibility of a particular engineering discipline. This approach allows you to work on one element.

The capabilities of the group of experts of the three-dimensional design

Today with the help of the software complex three-dimensional design PDMS "AVEVA" experts JSC Thermoelectroproekt have the opportunity to carry out the following activities:

  • Get ready Assembly drawings, isometric drawings of piping specifications piping and equipment.
  • Generate ready PDS at different stages of project development. This allows you to start the construction work to complete the development project.
  • Respond promptly to the mounting uncertainties. Creating a three-dimensional object model allows to make various changes in the project and as a result to obtain a modified documentation.
  • To accompany reconstructions. Image reconstruction in three-dimensional models, allows a more detailed and effective plan of reconstruction.
  • To translate the two-dimensional drawings into three-dimensional model. Three-dimensional model allows for better positioning equipment and pipelines, which will give a more detailed contract specifications, to avoid spatial conflicts on the installation, to take into account space for passage of personnel and equipment maintenance.
  • Run directories and configuration for customers who have the program, but do not have the trained staff. The administration group of three-dimensional design and cataloguing of equipment, piping details and range of rolled products.
  • Prepare presentations. Module Review allows you to perform a detailed mapping of the submitted project using various visual effects.
