History of "TeploElectroProject"

Brief history description

JSC "Teploelektroproekt" is the largest design and survey organization, according to the projects of which practically all the objects of heat and power engineering and heat supply in the republics of Central Asia have been built. The main customers of the institute are enterprises of SJSC Uzbekenergo, as well as other organizations of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

        The Tashkent branch of the Institute "Teploelektroproekt" was organized in 1954 on the basis of the design and engineering office in the city of Tashkent.

        In January 1961, on the basis of the order of the Minister of Construction of Power Plants No. 1 dated January 2, 1961, the Tashkent branch of Teploelektroproekt was renamed the Central Asian branch of the Teploelektroproekt Institute.

       Since February 1996, the Central Asian branch of the Teploelektroproekt Institute was renamed the Leased Enterprise "Teploelektroproekt" Research and Design and Survey Institute.

      In July 1998, in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 94 dated 09.06.1998, the Leased Enterprise "Teploelektroproekt" was renamed the Research and Design and Survey Institute "Teploelektroproekt" and incorporated into the structure of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

      Since February 2002, in accordance with the order of the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 325 of KPO dated 10.10.2001, the Research and Design Institute “Teploelektroproekt” has been renamed into Open Joint-Stock Company “Teploelektroproekt”.

      The main area of ​​the Company's activities is design and survey work in the field of energy (CHP, TPP, TC, ORU), industrial and civil construction.

      In total, 15 thermal power plants with a total capacity of more than 10,000 MW were built and expanded under the projects of Teploelektroproekt JSC. Among them:

     Projects of many large district heating boilers of the city of Tashkent and other cities of the Republic for a total capacity of more than 4,500 Gcal / h, as well as the "Heat supply scheme of the city of Tashkent for the period up to 2015". performed with the assistance of JSC Teploelektroproekt.

      The Company's specialists took part in the GEF / UNDP project "Elimination of barriers to energy efficiency in municipal heating and hot water supply".

      The company has implemented various civil projects. In particular, the seven-story administrative building, in which the Company is currently located, was made according to its own project. In addition, the Uchkun sports and recreation complex was built in Tashkent with two closed tennis courts, a hotel, gyms, a sauna and a restaurant, as well as a renovation project for the administrative building of the Federation ROWING AND CANOE of Uzbekistan, reconstruction of the Elling. (canoe storage building) and a sports complex construction project.

       Teploelektroproekt JSC has a great experience in working with foreign partners - the basic project of the energy source of Kungrad Soda Plant was completed in 1998-1999. under a contract with the German company "Mannesmann Seiffert GmbH".

       In 2002, with the participation of specialists of Teploelektroproekt JSC, under a contract with the Moscow branch of Teploelektroproekt JSC, the reconstruction project of the Nadzhibiya TPP (Iraq) was completed.

      In 2003, under a contract with the corporation "Burns and Roe Enterprises" from New Jersey (USA), work was carried out to provide engineering services for the reconstruction of units No. 5 and No. 6 of the Syrdarya TPP.

      In 2004, the project of the automated process control system of the 800 MW power unit at the Tali-Mardzhan TPP was completed, carried out jointly with the PIC PROGRESS (Russia).

      In February-June 2008, a group of employees of JSC "Teploelektroproekt" was trained and implemented the implementation of a three-dimensional design PDMS system (AVEVA software).

      Since 2007, JSC "Teploelektroproekt" has been doing a great job in preparing and implementing projects of the Investment Program of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including with the attraction of foreign investment. These works are:
